Payment is due when the plans are finalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Price is per square foot, and applies to all areas under roof, including living space, garages, covered patios, porches, and breezeways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*In some cases, an architect or engineer&#8217;s seal is required. It is the responsibility of the builder to secure this seal, at an additional fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turnaround time is usually 7 to 10 business days.
