Builders’ Spec. Plan              $1.00 / sq. ft./ everything under roof

Custom Plan                          $1.25 / sq. ft./ everything under roof

Changes to Finished Plan                      $ 100 per hr. w/ 5 hr min.

A $350 deposit is due when any plan is ordered, which will be deducted from the final bill if the plan is completed and invoiced within 90 days of the initial order.

When a check-set is ordered, the plan will be invoiced at the applicable rate, whether or not the client follows through with construction.

Builders, please advise your clients that the builder rate only applies as long as they remain your clients and that they are liable for the cost of plans even if they change their minds about building.

The builder/client is responsible for providing all lot/land information and any information regarding products to be specified.

 We accept Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard!

*Our standard set of plans includes:

Cover Sheet

Plot Plan— if required

Foundation— Basic or Blank for Engineering

Floor Plan— All floors, dimensioned and noted

Elevations— All sides or views

Roof Plan— Shows pitch and plate lines

Electrical— Outlets, lights, TV, phone,  etc.

Standard Details— Wall section, wind-bracing notes, foundation details, etc.(These reflect Amarillo, TX requirements.)

 

All plans in MyDreamhousePlan’s files are copyrighted. This means that they are owned by MyDreamhousePlan and that reproduction of any kind is forbidden. Purchasing blueprints is purchasing a license to use the design.

The plan may be used for the construction of only ONE HOUSE. If the plan is to be used for a second house at another location, even if no other blueprints are required, you must purchase another license.

You may loan all or part of the plans to third parties, including contractors or sub-contractors, for the sole purpose of the construction of one house. Mortgage companies and building officials may retain a set of plans for their files.

The license you purchase with the plans is non-transferable and does not imply the transfer of any right, title, or interest in the plan design other than what is stated above.

When you accept this agreement, you enable us to keep our quality high and our prices low.

If you wish to build a second house using the same design, please call us and ask for our reorder rate. Have the plan number ready, and we can fill your order by the end of the next business day. For your convenience, we accept credit cards. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you!
